Peter D. Scott is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peter Dalkeith Scott International Group. The PDSI Group involves companies specializing in Real Estate development, Design and Build projects, Development Consultancy, Financial Services and Project Management.

Since 1989, Scott has been specializing in world leading mixed use resort, sporting, accommodation, and hospitality projects throughout the world, creating and completing international first quality developments and world class leading projects.

Having had completed 150 major development projects in more that 35 countries, Scott’s foresight and vision have been central to the success of PDSI and has lead in the creation of internationally famous, award winning projects around the world.

Scott is also a great lover of horses, a thoroughbred horse breeder and is the Owner of Equus Racing Pte Ltd, a sales and Racing Syndication Company in South East Asia.

Scott actively leads key management and strategic decisions at PDSI and is committed to a long-term view, reflected in its building project base from zero to over $ 35 billion in the last 10 years.

With more than 30 years experience in the field of design and development, Scott has surpassed the threshold in establishing PDSI as a globally recognized name.

In 2018 Scott was awarded a place in the TOP 50 Smart City Global Leaders by the World Sustainability Council
